1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AEO Audit platform ("Service") at app.audaeo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Impulse Creative ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The AEO Audit is a website analysis platform that evaluates web pages for AI Engine Optimization readiness using the CLEAR Framework. The Service may include website scraping, AI-powered analysis, keyword research, CRM data integration, content recommendations, and report generation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid work email address or authenticate via a supported third-party provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your profile information current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data for purposes unrelated to website optimization
  • Attempt to inject malicious content into AI prompts or system inputs
  • Share API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Service Tiers and Payment

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Free audits are limited to 10 pages per domain. Paid audits require purchase through our designated payment provider.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • A paid audit applies to one domain per purchase
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice to existing users
  • Free accounts are limited to one audit per portal

6. CRM Data Integration

If you choose to connect your CRM, you authorize us to access the data described in ourPrivacy Policy. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that doing so does not violate any agreements or policies governing your CRM data.

CRM data is processed solely to generate audit insights and recommendations for your use. We do not use your CRM data for any other purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, scores, recommendations, buyer personas, content briefs, and schema markup. This AI-generated content:

  • Is provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only
  • Should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation
  • May contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information
  • Does not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice
  • Is not guaranteed to improve search rankings, AI citations, or business outcomes

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to implement any recommendations or content generated by the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The CLEAR Framework, the AEO Audit platform, and all associated documentation, designs, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Impulse Creative.

You retain ownership of your website content, CRM data, and any materials you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated content produced by the Service (scores, recommendations, briefs, schema, personas) is licensed to you for your unrestricted use. You may use, modify, distribute, or publish this content without attribution.

9. MCP (Model Context Protocol) Access

The Service provides an MCP server that allows AI assistants to access your audit data. By using the MCP integration:

  • You are responsible for securing your API key
  • You accept that any AI assistant with your API key can read your audit data
  • We are not responsible for how third-party AI assistants use your data
  • You can revoke access at any time by rotating your API key

10. Shared Reports

The Service generates shareable report links for your audits. These links are accessible to anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for controlling who you share these links with. We are not responsible for data exposure resulting from shared report links.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content or recommendations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPULSE CREATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
